Martin’s world of gastronomy has seen him doing stints in the kitchen with Paul Bocuse and Rick Stein, as well as a regular presenter on radio and tv, including Good Morning Australia, The Today Show, and “Chef’s Kitchen” on TVSN, broadcast weekly through Australia and NZ.
As a freelance Chef, Martins services are in great demand. From top tier catering to event companies, Martin is renowned as one of the industries number one trouble shooters. His sought after skills and wisdom in restaurants and kitchen consultancy, have led him to assist in opening 11 restaurants, cafes and bars for clients.
As a brand ambassador, Martin represents several worldwide companies including Dilmah, Matador BBQ’s, Breville, Glasslock, Victorinox Knives, Olsson Salt, Lurpak butter and Barilla, which has had seen him presenting all over the world.
Accomplished pianist and chanteuse Courtney Severini, began her career entertaining in Australia’s 5 star resorts, including a long standing residency on Hayman Island, as well as invitations to entertain on the glamorous Via Veneto in Rome.
Courtney’s genuine love for life and people finds her in demand on Sydney’s bar and dining scene.
From sultry jazz to French chanson on the accordion, Courtney blends earthy vocals with an engaging stage presence, to create a sophisticated ambience for intimate parties and events.
